So, you’re working on a deal or have a business engagement. You’ve done it before. You know the next steps that should happen. Are you sure your next move is the right one? Think about the circumstances you’re facing this time around.

How important is it to think again – about your next move? Why? It has to do with your desirable outcome: closing that sale, helping someone decide to do you a favour or booking that first meeting.
